These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions governing the use of Japan Travel Now (the "Service"), a travel information service operated by WANNAGROW Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides information relating to travel in Japan, including the Travel Index, weather, crowd conditions, seasonal information, events, activities and experiences; AI-assisted travel suggestions; links to external booking services; push notifications; and other travel-related features.
The information functions of the Service are generally provided free of charge. You are responsible for internet access, data charges, device costs, and any other costs incurred in using the Service.
Certain travel products or services may be offered by third parties through external booking services. We may also offer our own tours, travel arrangements, or other travel services separately. Any fees and contractual terms applicable to such products or services will be presented separately.
The Travel Index is reference information calculated using rules established by us based on data such as weather, holidays, events, seasonal conditions, and other relevant factors. It does not guarantee actual weather, crowd levels, operating status, availability, travel conditions, or safety.
The Service may use measured, real-time, estimated, forecast, neutral, or otherwise processed data. Where appropriate, the Service may indicate the nature or source category of the data displayed.
Event, activity, experience, seasonal, facility, transportation, price, and other travel information may be changed, suspended, cancelled, sold out, delayed, or otherwise become inaccurate without notice. You should confirm important information with the relevant official source or service provider before traveling, visiting, booking, or participating.
For weather warnings, disasters, evacuation, transportation emergencies, public safety matters, and other safety-critical decisions, you must rely on announcements and instructions issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency, national or local authorities, transportation operators, facility operators, or other appropriate official sources. The Service is not an emergency or safety notification service.
Some chat responses, travel plans, recommendations, summaries, comments, and other content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inappropriate recommendations. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Important matters, including operating hours, prices, reservation availability, transportation schedules, entry requirements, and cancellation conditions, should be verified with official sources.
Please do not enter passport numbers, full credit card numbers, passwords, unnecessary identity-document information, or other information that is not necessary for your travel inquiry.
The handling of information submitted through AI features is governed by the Japan Travel Now Privacy Policy.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or replace AI-generated responses with other forms of response, including template-based responses, where necessary for maintenance, safety, service quality, system availability, or other operational reasons.
The Service may display links, buttons, booking options, or information relating to accommodations, activities, experiences, tours, and other travel products or services provided by third parties. These may include services provided through Rakuten Travel, Viator, and other partners.
Some links or booking options are affiliate or sponsored links. If you access a partner service through the Service and make a reservation or purchase, we may receive a referral fee, affiliate commission, or other compensation from the relevant partner.
As a general matter, our receipt of such compensation does not itself increase the price you pay. However, all prices, taxes, fees, cancellation policies, availability, payment conditions, and other transaction terms are determined or displayed by the relevant external provider and should be confirmed on that provider's service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a reservation or purchase completed on an external service is a transaction between you and the relevant booking platform, seller, accommodation provider, activity provider, or other third party. We are not a party to that external transaction merely because the Service introduced or linked to it.
The terms of service, privacy policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, and other rules of the relevant external service apply to your use of that service.
If you contact us through the Service to request travel arrangements or other travel services provided by us as a travel agency, the resulting travel contract is separate from these Terms and will be governed by the applicable travel agency terms and conditions, transaction terms, and other documents provided by us.
Where required by the Travel Agency Act of Japan and applicable regulations, we will separately provide an explanation of transaction terms and the required documents, which may be provided electronically where legally permitted and appropriately agreed.
Unless we expressly state otherwise during the relevant process, submitting an inquiry, consultation request, or preliminary arrangement request through the Service does not by itself conclude a travel contract.
Information concerning our travel agency registration, applicable travel agency terms and conditions, and other legally required travel-business information will be made available through the Service and/or our corporate website.
If we offer our own tours or other travel products in the future, the specific conditions, price, cancellation terms, itinerary, included and excluded services, and other legally required information for the relevant product will be presented separately. Where those specific terms conflict with these Terms in relation to the travel product, the specific travel contract terms will govern.
You must not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with the Service:
Copyrights, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Service and in content created by us, including the design, text, original graphics, scoring methods, presentation, and compilation of information, belong to us or to the relevant rights holders.
Third-party names, trademarks, data, images, maps, content, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us or the relevant rights holder, these Terms do not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
We may change, add to, restrict, temporarily suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, system failures, changes to third-party services or data sources, legal or regulatory requirements, business reasons, or other operational circumstances.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a permanent discontinuation of the Service within the Service or by another appropriate method.
We do not guarantee that any particular function, data source, external integration, AI provider, booking partner, or feature will remain available indefinitely.
The Service is intended to assist with travel information and planning. Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in a separate travel contract, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, continuity, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the Service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions or actions taken by you based on information provided through the Service, or for changes, cancellations, delays, closures, sold-out inventory, price changes, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances controlled by third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from interruption or suspension of the Service, errors in data supplied by third parties, telecommunications failures, external booking services, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law. In particular, any limitation of our liability under these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude or limit liability arising from our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Where we are liable for damages caused by our negligence other than willful misconduct or gross negligence, and where a limitation of liability is legally permitted, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by you, excluding special, indirect, incidental, consequential, and lost-profit damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This Section does not govern liability arising under a separate travel contract where different liability rules apply under the applicable travel agency terms and conditions or mandatory law.
Our handling of personal information and other user information in connection with the Service is governed by the Japan Travel Now Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before using features that involve the submission or processing of personal information.
If you are a minor, you should use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where such consent is required by applicable law.
A minor requesting or entering into a travel contract with us may be required to obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian in accordance with applicable law, our travel agency terms and conditions, and the conditions applicable to the relevant travel service.
We may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable law, including Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan where applicable.
When we amend these Terms, we will provide notice of the amendment, its effective date, and other information required by applicable law through the Service or by another appropriate method before the amendment takes effect.
Your continued use of the Service after an amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are executed in English. Translations into Japanese and other languages may be provided for the convenience of users. The English version is the governing version, and if there is any discrepancy between the English version and a translation, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
